FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, design evidence-based treatment plans, and focus on functional, proactive geriatric rehab. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document care using EMR.
