Project Manager responsibilities

- Own all project outcomes — Safety, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain full responsibility for project gross margin, including proactive cost control

- Protect the scope and margin through proactive change-order management.

- Forecast labor, materials, and subcontractor costs weekly; identify and mitigate variances early.

- Ensures all commitments made to customers are met or exceeded.
