Position Overview
One Home Health is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing Indiana team.
We currently have opportunities throughout:

What You'll Do
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain independence, improve daily functioning, and safely remain in their homes by:
* Performing comprehensive in-home occupational therapy evaluations
* Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs
* Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve function and quality of life
* Educating patients and caregivers on safety strategies, adaptive techniques, and assistive equipment
* Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
* Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements
* Collaborating with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
* Maintaining compliance with all clinical, ethical, and professional standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
* Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the State of Indiana
* Current license in good standing
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous home health experience
* Experience working with adult and geriatric populations
New graduates and therapists with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
