Machine Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Luck, WI

Pay Range:$19.75/hr

Shift: 2nd shift 2pm - 12am, Monday through Thursday, with 3-day weekends

What's the Job?

• Operate Urethane and wire bending machines to produce high-quality components
• Operate machines for metal processing, including wire crimping and cutting
• Perform TIG welding to meet production specifications
• Work in a hot environment, adhering to safety protocols and wearing steel toes
• Maintain equipment and ensure smooth manufacturing processes

• Ability to work in a hot environment and follow safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to work the 2nd shift schedule
• Steel toe footwear required for safety compliance
