COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Guaranteed Salary; you choose either Hospital-employee or 1099 contractor
- Relocation: Up to $10,000
- Excellent Health, Dental, Vision Benefits
- 403B and 457 with a 3.5% hospital match
- Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS)
- 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Schedule: Work 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off
- On-call for OB deliveries - averages 80 deliveries a year
- Cases: ENT, Orthopedics, General Surgeries, Scopes, Endoscopic Procedures, Ophthalmology, Urology
- National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Candidates with some Experience Welcomed
- Cultural Fit: Live in a location with the 4 seasons, enjoys working in a rural area, being a team player
- Awarded the Top 20 Critical Access Hospital in the United States. Awarded the Regional Governor’s Award of Excellence in the State of Kansas
- Live 45 minutes to Manhattan, 60 minutes to Salina, and 2 hours from Wichita, Kansas
