This fleet's drivers primarily operate in Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

  • Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
    • Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch
  • Annual Increase in Availability Incentive Pay
    • 1 Year Tenure - $1,475
    • 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
    • 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
    • 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
    • 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
  • Weekly Home Time
  • Pet Passenger Policy
  • Monthly Safety Performance Incentive Bonus
  • Benefit Package
  • Vacation Pay (after 1 year)

Pay Information

Per Diem Reimbursement:

$0.15 CPM, for an average of $59 per day of non-taxable income. Included in the rate of pay below.
