Clinical Nurse Integrated Spine

BJC HealthCare seeks a Clinical Nurse for its Integrated Spine program in St. Louis. In this role, you’ll deliver specialized nursing care to spine patients across the continuum, from pre-op education through post-operative recovery and follow-up. You’ll perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, manage pain and mobility, and support safe discharges. Working within a mission-driven, research-connected health system, you’ll collaborate with surgeons, therapists, and case managers while advancing evidence-based practice and participating in quality initiatives that improve patient outcomes and experience.
