Salary Range:

$54,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year.



Pay Transparency Statement:

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations. The "pay scale" provided is a good faith estimate of the range the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and specific geographic location.

Job Description:

Team Lead Description: 

• Troubleshooting VRs and Gloves
• Travel back and forth to the site to retrieve SD cards for daily ingestion, and transport equipment to and from the site.
• Responsible in inspecting snd watching data collection of TMs
• Can work with minimal to no supervision on Working overnights
• Respond to client chats and report data collection status.

Teammate Description (For you to have an overview of TM's tasks, whom you will be leading)

As a Data Collection Operator, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, performing tasks within controlled, staged environments (such as residential or lab spaces) to help gather high-quality data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Operation: You will wear and operate advanced wearable technology, including AR/VR headsets and motion capture hardware, for extended periods during your shift.
• Active Capture: You will perform scripted everyday activities and physical tasks to ensure accurate data collection.
• Protocol Adherence: You will follow precise technical guidelines, scenario scripts, and taxonomies, while remaining adaptable to workflow and configuration updates.
• Quality Control & Maintenance: You will perform real-time checks on datasets for accuracy and assist with basic equipment maintenance, such as battery management and transport.
• Compliance: You will follow strict site security protocols, including NDAs and policies regarding personal devices.

Essential Qualifications:

• Tech & Physical Aptitude: Comfortable using computers and AR/VR devices, with the ability to stand, move, and wear equipment for up to 8 hours per shift. You must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to Detail: A strong ability to follow precise instructions and maintain focus over repetitive task sequences.
• Logistics & Flexibility: Reliable transportation is required to travel to various local facility sites, and you should be comfortable working in diverse, non-traditional work environments.
