Associate Clinical Director

Hope Network seeks an Associate Clinical Director for Autism Services to lead person-centered, evidence-based programs for individuals with autism and complex needs. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical oversight, assessment, and supervision to multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, and drive quality outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with families and community partners, support staff development through coaching and training, and help shape innovative, inclusive services that empower people with neurodiversity to live as independently as possible.
