Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator
Department: Office
FLSA: Non-Exempt
General Function
The Customer Care Coordinator’s responsibilities include: Processing orders, Accounts receivable and customer service.

Positions that Report to you: None
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining and ensuring food safety. Report any food safety deviations to your supervisor immediately.
Reports to work when scheduled and on time. Adheres to company policies and departmental guidelines.
Adjusts/reconciles accounts receivable and uploads positive pay.
Log orders, print and supply copies for individual departments.
Answers phones, gates, greets customers and salespersons.
Replenishes and orders office supplies as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:
Attention to detail and follow through is necessary while working independently.
This individual is preferred to be bi-lingual (Spanish-English)
Ability to read and interpret written or verbal instructions.
This person must have the ability to relate well with people.
Understanding the need for and ensuring confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
High school education/equivalent or related experience.
Physical Requirements:
This is considered a semi-skilled position. Frequent to constant handling, grasping, constant listening, talking, hearing, seeing, reading, dealing with people, influencing others, evaluating information.
Working Conditions:
Duties performed mostly in office setting.
Frequent deadlines exist while handling multiple tasks.
Daily contact occurs with customers, salespersons and employees.
Equipment Used to Perform Job:
Production machinery, Copy machine and Two-way radio.
