Position Summary
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, air
conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems for homes and businesses, checking for things
like carbon monoxide and gas leaks along the way to keep every home safe. It's steady, indemand work, and a real career path for anyone who wants to keep building their skills in the trade.


Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
• Perform system tune-ups, cleanings, and preventive maintenance
• Test and inspect HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
• Identify necessary repairs and provide accurate recommendations and estimates to customers
• Complete installations of replacement parts and equipment as needed
• Communicate clearly with customers about diagnoses, repair options, and pricing
• Educate customers on maintenance plans, system efficiency, and energy-saving solutions
• Document service tickets, work orders, and job details for each call
• Collect payments and maintain your truck inventory
• Follow all OSHA, EPA, and company safety guidelines
• Maintain tools, equipment, and your service vehicle in clean, safe working condition
