In this role, you will perform speech, language, and swallowing evaluations; develop individualized treatment plans; and deliver evidence-based interventions that help patients communicate better and remain independent at home. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, document care thoroughly, and contribute to a respectful, patient-first culture focused on quality and integrity.
