Each team member has the flexibility to choose where they work most effectively each week—whether that's from home, a coffee shop, or the office. While flexibility is key, we also value the power of in-person connection. That’s why we bring our corporate team together in Lincoln each quarter for a week of intentional collaboration, team building, community engagement, and our All-Hands meeting. It’s the best of both worlds: the freedom to work your way, with meaningful opportunities to connect and grow together. Spreetail is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to help power our rapidly scaling Marketplace Fulfillment business, one of the company’s highest-growth and most strategic areas. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketplace Fulfillment Finance, this role sits at the center of decision-making—partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape strategy, influence investments, and drive profitable growth. You’ll own complex analyses, forecasting, and financial models that bring clarity to fast-moving initiatives, while elevating financial transparency and rigor across the organization. This is a highly visible role for a self-directed, analytically strong leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds scalable solutions, and delivers insights that directly inform executive decisions in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
