  • Mon - Fri with 1:5 night and weekend call
  • Avg 12 cases per day
  • Mostly OR with some inpatient consults -- all adult patients
  • Avg call: 12 phone consults, 1 - 2 patients seen, 1 - 2 admissions
  • First assist capacity for cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgery
  • EVH and inpatient consults required
