Dental Patient Care Coordinator

Our office is looking to hire an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!

Compensation: Depends on Experience.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am-4pm. Some Fridays 8-2.

Our ideal Dental Patient Care Coordinator feels comfortable talking about money with patients and has experience working in a dental practice.

Duties for our Dental Patient Care Coordinator include:

• Appointment scheduling and patient communication through phone, email, and patient outreach software
• Plan and coordinate insurance benefits as well as appointments
• Work collaboratively with dentist and fianance coordinator to create a seamless experience for patients
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Perform general office duties and other duties as required
• Must be able to coordinate with financial coordinator and present accurate patient balances
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required.
• Multitasking is needed at times to cover responsibilities like scheduling, confirmation calls, checking emails and voicemail, greeting patients, and scheduling treatment presented by the clinical staff
