Your New Role

  • Lead field crews as a Crew Lead while taking responsibility for project execution, crew performance, and required reporting through the company data portal in Valley, Nebraska, and at project sites nationwide.

  • Maintain company and project specific safety requirements and complete required written and photo documentation.

  • Coordinate labor, equipment, schedules, and suppliers to support project timelines and budget requirements.

  • Keep suppliers, subcontractors, inspectors, customers, operations teams, and internal personnel informed so work can progress efficiently.

  • Schedule, coordinate, and document inspections according to applicable project and jurisdictional requirements.

  • Participate in project planning from mobilization through completion while coordinating with customers and operations teams.

  • Complete accurate daily progress reports, identify project deviations, and monitor work against scope and contract requirements.

  • Perform quality control checks involving layouts, rebar placement, embeds, structural concrete, plans, and project specifications.

  • Oversee crew timekeeping, travel coordination, and project costs within established parameters.

  • Plan project mobilization, including travel routes, permits, equipment readiness, and service coordination.

  • Stay actively involved in field operations to support safe and productive jobsite performance.

  • Participate in ongoing training covering safety standards and operational best practices.

  • Travel extensively throughout the United States for project assignments and work rotations.

  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience in civil, foundation, or related construction environments.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands on crew leadership experience, including directing field personnel and coordinating daily work activities.

  • Working knowledge of basic concrete operations, construction equipment, and jobsite safety practices.

  • Strong construction background with hands on field operations experience.

  • Proven ability to oversee crews, resources, schedules, and project execution.

  • Experience leading teams in construction, civil, or drilling environments is preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.

  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and compliance practices.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

  • Comfortable working with digital reporting and documentation systems.

  • Construction equipment experience is a plus but is not required.

  • Willing and able to travel 100% throughout the United States for project based assignments.

  • Able to work a 4 to 5 week rotation, including nights or weekends when project requirements call for them.

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including hot, humid, and tropical environments.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Ability to coordinate travel logistics associated with nationwide project work.
