7-on 7-off day schedule with an admitter role
Handle ED admissions so rounding hospitalists maintain uninterrupted rounds
Open ICU with 24/7 intensivists on-site; no codes, rapids, or rapid responses
No procedures or vent management; intensivists manage ICU until stepdown
Hospital-employed position at a leading acute-care facility in Kansas City
Internal medicine or experienced family practice background preferred
Comfortable working with underserved and inner-city patient populations
Target start within 90 - 120 days; no visa sponsorship available
