Entry Level Manufacturing Associate

Marvin is seeking an Entry Level Manufacturing Associate to help build our premium windows, doors, and skylights at our Warroad, MN facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate equipment, use hand and power tools, and assemble components to meet daily production and quality goals. You’ll inspect parts, follow standardized work instructions, and keep your work area clean and safe while wearing required PPE. Working in a team environment, you’ll communicate issues, support problem-solving, and participate in training and cross-training.
