As an Associate Move Manager, you will support workplace relocation activities by coordinating employee moves, project relocations, and space readiness initiatives for a large client account. This role is responsible for assisting the planning and execution of both day-to-day and project-related move activities, ensuring a seamless experience for business stakeholders while minimizing operational disruption.

The Associate Move Manager assists as a liaison between clients, facilities teams, laboratory operations, vendors, and move partners to ensure all relocation activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.

This position is part of the Moves, Additions & Changes (MAC) function and focuses on move execution, workplace transitions, laboratory relocations, occupancy readiness, and move-related project support.

Full time onsite in West Point, PA

What You'll Do

  • Assist with coordinating weekly employee and departmental move activities.
  • Ensure space readiness by validating occupancy requirements, furniture placement, infrastructure needs, and move schedules prior to move execution.
  • Support the planning and execution of project-related relocations, including office, laboratory, and operational moves.
  • Coordinate the cleanout and turnover of vacated spaces following move completion.
  • Assist decommissioning and decontamination activities associated with laboratory relocation projects.
  • Assist with coordinating chemical and specialized laboratory moves in accordance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements and client procedures.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, laboratory operations, facilities teams, and vendors to ensure successful move execution.
  • Support move-day activities and provide post-move hyper-care support to address employee concerns and ensure business continuity.
  • Track move schedules, project milestones, and move-related deliverables to ensure activities are completed on time.
  • Maintain move documentation, occupancy records, and reporting metrics.
  • Identify potential risks, conflicts, and operational impacts and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting workplace and project objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience coordinating workplace moves, relocations, facilities projects, MAC programs, or workplace services activities.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
  • Experience supporting laboratory, pharmaceutical, healthcare, research, or regulated environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of move management, occupancy planning, and vendor coordination practices is preferred.
