HCA Healthcare is seeking a Medical Technologist PRN to join our collaborative lab team. In this role, you will perform complex diagnostic testing in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and related areas to support accurate, timely patient care. Responsibilities include specimen processing, instrument operation, quality control, and troubleshooting, while adhering to CLIA and CAP standards. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses and physicians, document results in the LIS, support a culture of safety and learning, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced hospital environment.
