LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Brickyard Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities. As an LPN, you’ll provide hands-on clinical care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and support post-acute, long-term, and memory care residents.
