In-Store Hiring and Training Lead INDIANA– SEYMOUR/BEDFORD/PAOLI/MADISON/SALEM

$950 weekly base + up to $625 in weekly staffing bonuses
Full-time | Five-store Indiana region: Seymour, Bedford, Paoli, Madison & Salem

Build great teams while working alongside them. Recruit, onboard, and train Domino’s team members across five locations. This is an active, hands-on role for someone who enjoys coaching on the store floor and leading by example in a fast-paced environment. This is not a desk-based position.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and onboard team members across assigned stores.

• Provide hands-on training and coaching to build skills and confidence.

• Work with store leaders to keep teams staffed and prepared.

• Identify training needs and follow through on development plans.

• Travel between assigned locations to support your teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in training, coaching, onboarding, shift leadership, or team development.

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

• An upbeat attitude and the ability to take initiative, multitask, and work independently.

• A valid driver’s license, at least one year of safe driving history, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Schedule & Travel

• Full-time, at least 5 days per week, including 1 weekend day. (approximately 50 hrs per week)

• Availability to work shifts between approximately 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.; scheduling varies with store needs.

• Travel between assigned stores required (some stores are 1.5 hours apart).

• Training provided, plus an American Express card for fuel and oil changes.

Pay & Weekly Bonuses

Base pay depends on the number of assigned stores. Earn additional weekly staffing bonuses when stores are fully staffed.
