We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join our Philadelphia office. This role is essential to creating a positive patient experience and supporting smooth front-office operations. The ideal candidate has strong dental administrative experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and understands PPO dental plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
  • Verify insurance eligibility and explain PPO dental benefits to patients
  • Collect co-pays and process payments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support daily workflow
  • Handle patient questions regarding treatment plans, insurance, and billing
  • Support general front-office administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous dental front office or patient coordinator experience required
  • Dentrix experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of PPO dental insurance plans
