Full job description

The Assoc Digital Marketing Analyst’s goal is to support the planning, activation and execution of customer experiences across Email, SMS and Push Notifications. This role will partner across Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, eCommerce and Technology to bring campaigns and customer experiences to life accurately, efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration and executional excellence with the ability to work across multiple platforms and competing priorities. This person will report into the Owned Media team. This person must have incredible communication skills, be able to adapt to and work with various personalities, and see challenges as opportunities.

What you will be doing

  • Execute and support campaigns across Homepage, Email, SMS and Push, ensuring content is accurately built, targeted, scheduled and launched.
  • Manage campaign setup and execution across multiple marketing and content management platforms. 
  • Support segmented and personalized experiences by activating defined audiences, content variations and customer journeys. Including AB test and learn
  • Translate marketing and promotional plans into channel-specific content and execution plans.
  • Own detailed QA of campaigns prior to launch, including content, links, offers, audience targeting, personalization, timing and customer experience. 
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across channels while accounting for channel-specific requirements. 
  • Troubleshoot executional issues and partner with appropriate teams to resolve them quickly.

  • Performs other duties as assigned. 
  • Complies with all policies and standards 

Pay Range

$49,000-$60,000

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
