• Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm -- 9-hour shifts
• 18 patients per shift
• Outpatient family practice setting
• Family practice experience required
• Home visit experience required
• Comfortable with all age populations -- pediatric to geriatric
• Controlled substances management required
• Rural community population focus
