Full job description

UCHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist I to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services in our collaborative, interdisciplinary care teams. In this role you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain independence in daily activities at our Colorado facilities. You’ll educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians and nurses, and document care using our EHR.
