Looking for a nanny for Two busy boys

We are looking for a reliable nanny to care for our two children, a toddler and a preschooler. The start date is flexible, but we prefer someone who can begin as soon as possible. Experience with caring for multiple young children is preferred. I work from home but need some to engage the children in fun activities, take them outside to play and supervise their safety. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with pets and have their own car for transport. Once we have routine set up you can use my vehicle to take kids to playground or store/activities but that is subject to discussion with the right candidate. Absolutely no smoking of any kind.
