Manufacturing Technician

Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Plymouth, MN

Pay Range:$28.74

Shift: 5 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Thursday

What's the Job?

• Provide production support in a clean room environment, responding to escalations from Operations such as scrap, process questions, and equipment issues
• Build SME-level knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and best practices to support Operations and coach assemblers
• Investigate scrap generated during shifts and identify root causes through analysis and observation
• Offer data-driven, evidence-based feedback and coaching to improve assembly processes
• Perform basic troubleshooting and documentation of equipment, proactively monitoring line performance for immediate corrections or escalations

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-technical personnel
• Strong judgment with a focus on quality and safety
