Machine Operator -Overnight B

SUMMARY

Position: Machine Operator -Molding

Shift: This position is full-time, 7p-7a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.

Pay: Hourly rate is $23.00-25.00, depending on experience. Rate includes a $4 shift differential.

Bonus: 7% quarterly bonus potential.

PTO: 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick, 10 paid holidays

Location: Toms River, NJ

We're looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to support production by operating injection molding machines and ensuring high-quality output.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor machines, report issues, and reset alarms.
• Sort, inspect, and pack finished parts.
• Keep raw materials stocked and work area clean.
• Complete production reports and labeling.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience/training in molding, manufacturing, mechanics, a plus.
• Ability to understand written and verbal procedures, instructions, and assignments.
• Ability to correctly perform calculations using basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
