Lead Sonographer

Wellstar, a leading not-for-profit health system in Georgia, is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and team leadership. In this role, you will perform and oversee high-quality imaging exams, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and clear communication. You will guide daily workflow, mentor sonographers and students, and collaborate with radiologists and providers to support accurate diagnoses. The Lead Sonographer helps maintain equipment, uphold quality and regulatory standards, and contributes to continuous learning in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
