COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
  • $275,000 Base Salary Plus Production. Base Never Goes Away
  • $50,00 Sign-On Bonus.
  • $20,000 Relocation Assistance
  • 5 Weeks Paid Time Off Plus 7 Paid Holidays
  • 5 days of CME - $6,000 allotted
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Retirement with Match etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)
  • Outpatient
  • Shared Call 1:9 - Phone Consults mainly
  • Average 18-24 Patients per day
  • 3 MDs and 5 mid-levels on staff
  • 4.5-day work week for an optimal work-life balance
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)
  • BE/BC
  • MD/DO
  • Collegial, Team Player and Works Well in a Team Environment
  • North Carolina State License or Ability to Attain.
COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM)
  • 30 minutes to Winston-Salem, NC
  • 2 hours to Charlotte
