Are you ready to help launch one of Philadelphia's most anticipated new restaurant openings? We're seeking a passionate, hands-on Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment and is excited about building a kitchen team from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Executive Chef in all daily kitchen operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop BOH team members.
• Ensure consistent execution of high-quality food and presentation standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Manage ordering, inventory, food cost, and labor goals.
• Help establish kitchen systems, training, and operational procedures.
• Step into a leadership role during service and lead by example.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, upscale casual or polished casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced opening environment.
• Experience with restaurant openings is preferred but not required.
• Culinary degree is a plus but not required.
