Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details
13 week assignment.
Shift hours: 8 hours.
Scheduled hours may fall between 0000 and 2400.
