Registered Nurse

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Clinical Decision Unit to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care in a fast-paced, observation-focused setting. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, implement and evaluate individualized care plans, monitor patient status, and coordinate safe transitions of care.
