Rehab RN

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate Rehab RN to provide holistic, patient-centered nursing care in our faith-based, nonprofit clinic serving underserved communities in Atlanta. The Rehab RN will assess, plan, and coordinate rehabilitative care for adults with complex medical and functional needs, collaborating closely with physicians, therapists, and a diverse interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include medication administration, care coordination, patient and family education, discharge planning, and documentation. Ideal candidates are mission-driven, experienced in rehab or med-surg, and committed to health equity and whole-person care.
