Job Duties
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the RN and physician.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
Support admissions, discharges, and resident care planning.
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Qualifications
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state.
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
