About the Position

We are seeking safe, professional CDL-A drivers to support operations out of Indianapolis, IN. Drivers will be responsible for local deliveries of palletized carts, shrink-wrapped medical supplies, and equipment to healthcare customers across the state. This position starts at 2 AM.

Pay & Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • 2 AM start
  • Drivers typically work 8–12 hour routes and average 45–48 hours per week. Overtime is paid after 40 hours.

Job Details

  • Route Type: Local
  • Freight: Medical supplies and equipment
  • Equipment: Tractor-trailer with a liftgate trailer
  • Handling: Unloading palletized freight using an electric pallet jack and manual handling as needed, lifting up to 40 lbs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a tractor-trailer with a liftgate trailer
  • Complete on-time deliveries to hospitals, surgery centers, dialysis units, and distribution centers
  • Unload palletized freight using an electric pallet jack
  • Perform handcart work and manual handling as needed, lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Maintain professional communication and safe delivery practices at all times

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
  • Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required
  • Ability to safely unload using an electric pallet jack
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
