Shift: M-F 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
Job Location: Owasso, Oklahoma

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs and interdisciplinary team members

  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
