Full job description
Position Overview:
We're looking for a driven, high-energy Technical Recruiter who thrives on the hunt. If you love uncovering hard-to-find talent, building relationships from scratch, and closing exceptional candidates in competitive markets, this role is for you.
As a hands-on individual contributor, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle across engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, and sales. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, influence hiring strategy, and help build the teams that fuel our growth. This is an opportunity for someone who is proactive, resourceful, data-driven, and energized by finding great people where others aren't looking.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Fremont, CA, with an expectation of working from the office three days per week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance for engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, and sales roles.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using creative outreach strategies, not relying solely on inbound applicants.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand business needs, calibrate talent, and move quickly on top candidates.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that consistently deliver high-quality talent in competitive markets.
- Create exceptional candidate experiences through transparent communication and a fast, thoughtful hiring process.
- Build and improve scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and best practices.
- Work alongside our People Team to optimize our Applicant Tracking System (Lever).
- Use recruiting metrics and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruiting performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency experience.
- A true sourcing mindset with a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and closing passive talent.
- Experience hiring technical, manufacturing, and sales professionals.
- Strong expertise with ATS platforms, recruiting technology, and recruiting analytics.
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and takes ownership from kickoff through close.
- Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment with multiple concurrent openings.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable moving quickly, adapting to change, and relentlessly driving searches to successful hires.
