Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Change Management Technician (Contract) to support the execution of Production Change Orders (PCOs) and Deviation Requests (DEVs). This role focuses on monitoring engineering changes throughout the approval process, ensuring documentation is complete, and following up with cross-functional teams to support on-time implementation.
What You'll Do:
- Review active PCO and DEV tickets in Jira and follow up with cross-functional teams to obtain required approvals.
- Monitor workflow status changes and identify delays in the approval process.
- Maintain accurate records within the change management system.
- Verify required documentation has been completed prior to implementation.
- Support implementation readiness by communicating risks and overdue actions.
- Prepare daily status reports and maintain change tracking logs.
- Escalate delayed approvals to the Change Management Specialist when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to the engineering change process.
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems or Jira is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to follow standardized work instructions and procedures.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
California Pay Range
$30-$35 USD
