About the Role
Compensation
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing)
- Lead and develop maintenance teams to drive performance in a highly automated manufacturing environment
- Establish and execute reliability strategies, including asset hierarchy and criticality frameworks
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs
- Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution to optimize equipment uptime
- Utilize data analytics and reliability modeling to improve asset performance and reduce downtime
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA/RCFA) and FRACAS processes to drive corrective actions
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Reliability, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering in manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical or maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance processes
- Proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience applying Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- Experience with reliability modeling, statistical analysis, or simulation software
- Background in highly automated manufacturing environments
- Lean/Six Sigma certification or formal training
- Experience managing capital engineering or equipment improvement projects
- Knowledge of world-class maintenance principles and systems
