Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse

UCHealth is seeking a Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care across multiple ICUs and high-acuity units. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing care for diverse, complex patients while floating to different hospitals and departments within our Colorado-based, nonprofit system. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, respond to emergencies, manage ventilators and critical infusions, and ensure safe transitions of care.
