About the Position

Our client is seeking CDL A Drivers for a local, first-shift opportunity in Tolleson, Arizona. This role offers steady work, no-touch freight, and the opportunity to earn an estimated $1,000 in weekly gross pay. Four openings are available.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $26 per hour
• Estimated weekly gross pay: $1,000
• First-shift schedule
• 40 hours per week
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Local routes in Tolleson, Arizona
• Temp-to-perm employment
• anticipated start date: August 24, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL A commercial vehicle safely and in compliance with DOT requirements.
• Complete assigned local routes and deliveries.
• Handle no-touch freight.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, management, and customers.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles.
• Ability to follow DOT and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills.
