Academic Tutor and Mentor

City Year seeks an Academic Tutor and Mentor to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth in partner public schools. In this full-time role, you will provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, assist teachers in the classroom, and help track student progress. You will build positive relationships, serve as a mentor and role model, and support attendance and engagement initiatives. Working within a diverse team, you’ll receive ongoing training, professional development, and leadership opportunities while contributing to an inclusive, equity-focused school environment.
