• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• 1:4 call schedule
• 15 - 18 patients per day with 2 - 4 new consults
• Both inpatient and outpatient work
• 30% hematology, 70% oncology case mix
• 100% adult patient population
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
