Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting production and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $22-32/hour

Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm

What's the Job?

  • Test and inspect products at various stages of the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and formulas to determine quality and reliability standards.
  • Select products for evaluation and inspect for qualities such as dimensions, cleanliness, paint quality, and appearance.
  • Record data and apply statistical quality control procedures to evaluate product performance.
  • Prepare reports and recommend modifications to improve quality and production standards.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet applications such as Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and data.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards in the workplace.
