The Client Services Analyst provides customer service and claims process support to agents, insureds, claimants, and business partners. This role assists new claimants through the intake of first notice of loss, responds to claim-related inquiries, provides claims process education, and serves as a liaison between agency partners and the claims department to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective claims handling process.
This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE and is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement at management discretion after six months of employment. This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship. The hours for this position will be from 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
What will you do?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, insureds, and claimants regarding new claim reporting, claim status, and claims process inquiries.
- Gather, document, and process first notice of loss information while ensuring accuracy and timely escalation of high-priority claims.
- Partner with claims examiners and internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and provide updates on claim activity and payments.
- Participate in testing claim-related systems and applications, identifying issues and supporting technology enhancements.
- Support department initiatives by improving processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with training and onboarding activities.
