Psychiatry - Geriatrics Physician

Baptist Health Jacksonville is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist with an interest in Geriatric Psychiatry to join our collaborative AgeWell and Behavioral Health team in beautiful Downtown Jacksonville.

This is a primarily outpatient opportunity with a flexible hybrid model, allowing a combination of in-office and remote workdays.

Position Highlights:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions
• Manage mood disorders, cognitive disorders, and complex psychiatric presentations
• Work closely with families and caregivers
• Maintain high standards of documentation and regulatory compliance
• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active Florida medical license (or eligible)
• DEA license required
• Experience with geriatric or severe mental illness populations preferred
