Full job description
We are seeking a skilled Technician to remove, disassemble, repair/remanufacture, reassemble, and install a variety of equipment, including pumps, motors, electrical controls, piping, valves, and associated equipment.
This role requires a hands-on technician who can work independently in the field and/or shop, represent the company professionally on job sites, and work with or supervise helpers as needed.
Work will support industrial, chemical, commercial, mining, and municipal applications. The Technician must be comfortable working around sewage, hazardous liquids, confined spaces, and electrical components up to 600 volts.
The Technician will communicate with clients, suppliers, and company personnel and will be responsible for assigned jobs from start through completion.
Normal work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, but overtime including emergency callouts is occasionally required, sometimes with little to no notice; 42-48 hour weeks are common. Travel will be required to various customer locations to perform on-site pump diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
Travel may vary depending on service demand and may include overnight trips.

What you bring:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working on pumps or related equipment
- Must be knowledgeable or willing to work on equipment up to 460 volts.
- Electrical licenses, electrical controls knowledge, machining, welding abilities, and certifications in any specialty is a plus.
- Use of basic tools, mechanical and electrical testing equipment, lifting devices, computers, and basic office software.
- Must be capable of dealing with clients in a professional businesslike manner, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Requires valid Colorado driver’s license with clean record.
