About the Opportunity

The Aesthetic Physician will provide consultations and treatment services for patients seeking non-surgical aesthetic and cosmetic procedures. The physician will work closely with an experienced team of providers and aesthetic professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.

This position offers the opportunity to perform and expand expertise in cosmetic injectables, aesthetic treatments and other non-surgical procedures while building long-term patient relationships in a thriving practice environment.

Physicians with prior aesthetic medicine experience are encouraged to apply. Physicians interested in transitioning into aesthetic medicine who have a strong interest in cosmetic procedures and patient care will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and aesthetic assessments

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical evaluation

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, consistent with training and experience

• Educate patients on available treatment options, expected outcomes and post-treatment care

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure exceptional patient experiences

• Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine, injectables and cosmetic procedures

• Support practice growth through outstanding patient care and relationship building

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Obstetrics & Gynecology or another applicable specialty

• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in California

• Experience and interests in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic procedures and patient-centered care required

• Experience with injectables, laser treatments or aesthetic medicine is required

• Strong interpersonal, communication and consultation skills

• Commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• $225,000-$300,000 annually, plus productivity incentive compensation
